Maca Supply was founded in 1978 by Clair Anderson. The original foundry is in Heber Valley, 35 miles Northeast of Provo, Utah, USA. The company cast pumps, valves, and machinery parts. During the mid 1980's they started casting Dutch Oven cookware.
They built a foundry in India. Though their Dutch Oven production is no longer in USA, and they have all but stopped producing the Dutch Ovens, they still (as of 2016) do special casting runs on larger orders. These are cast in their foundry in India.
