10 inch Dutch Oven


1 Box Brownie Mix
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 1/2 a Fresh Orange
1/2 Can Cherry Pie Filling (Chop Cherries in halves or quarters)

Coals/Heat 325°
Greased 10 inch Dutch Oven (8x8 Glass pan if baking in home kitchen).

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.  Wire whisk until smooth.
Pour into greased Dutch Oven or Baking pan.
Bake for 50 minutes then check with toothpick.  It should come out clean.
If not done continue to bake and recheck every 3-5 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.  Or cool then frost with your choice of icing.
